If you do not agree with the measures presented, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
• Confirming an order, by using the reservation form, involves a full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of the order is considered completed when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) from the company to the buyer, according to which the order has been verified, without requiring a confirmation of receipt from the buyer.
Confirmation is done electronically (e-mail) after accepting the order. Payment can be made by card, online or on site. The delivery is considered to be made at the time of access to the location, on the date and time at which the appointment took place.
We are not responsible for possible delays or no-shows of customers and we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the reservations of customers who do not show up on time, without refunding the value of the access ticket, by notifying customers via an electronic or telephone channel.
